How do I get my show or concert tickets?

You need to print the booking confirmation that we send to your e-mail address as soon as the booking and payment have been completed online, and you need to bring a copy to the box office in Las Vegas. Here you exchange the confirmation for the original tickets about one hour before the show starts.

How do I get my sightseeing or tour tickets?

All your tour or sightseeing tickets will be send to your e-mail as a voucher/e-ticket. These vouchers/e-tickets you must print and bring a copy to Las Vegas, where you need to show it at the entrance to the attraction, or at the meeting address for your tour. It is very important that you carefully read all information printed on your voucher/e-ticket.

Where will I be seated?

Unfortunately we can´t advise an exact row or seat number when booking your tickets. However, all venues in Las Vegas guarantee that you will get the best seats available at the time of your booking! So clients who have booked before you will, in principal, get better seats than you, and clients booking after you will get worse seats than you, again in theory. About 48 hours after you have completed your booking, you will receive an updated booking confirmation by e-mail where you´ll be able to see your exact seats! These seats are handled by the venue in Las Vegas directly, and were at the time of booking the best seats available, and cannot be changed in any way!.

Do Las Vegas venues have a dress code??

None of the venues in Las Vegas operate a strict dress code. Smart or casual dress are both fine, unless we recommend otherwise.

When do I need to be at the venue??

We recommend arriving at the venue about 1 hour before the show is due to start. That way you´ll have time to collect your tickets, find your seats, etc

What happens if I cannot use my tickets?

Normally tickets cannot be returned, cancelled, or exchanged to other dates. But if you can´t use your tickets we will of course try our best to help you. Please contact us through the contact page on our site. Here we also explain how you should act if you can´t use your tickets. Please be aware that it can take some time to get tickets re-sold to other clients, and that there will be a cancellation fee to us and the theatre IF we succeed in re-selling or exchanging your tickets.

What does it means that my tickets are 'On Request'?

To certain events, we need to get the reservation confirmed by the venue or our local supplier in Las Vegas. This usually takes less than 48 hours. This we call “A reservation is on request”. When your reservation is confirmed by the venue or our supplier, your e-tickets / vouchers will be sent to your e-mail address, and payment will be finalized. If your reservation is declined by the venue or our supplier (usually because the event is sold out) we will send you an e-mail to inform you the reservation is not confirmed and the reservation is cancelled. If your reservation is cancelled and not confirmed, no money is paid and no payment is finalized.

Do I need ID when collecting my tickets?

Sometimes you need to show on demand a valid picture ID when collecting your tickets in Las Vegas. So to be sure there will be no problems or misunderstandings when collecting your tickets please bring a valid picture ID.

Do you add booking fees?

We are often cheaper than other ticket agents and sometimes even cheaper than at the venue itself. This is because we are an overseas agent, selling to clients who only visit Las Vegas and do not live in the USA. However please expect an added booking fee included in the ticket price. This fee means we are generally 10-25% more expensive compared to the ticket price directly at the venue box office! You must remember though, that the box office often has no tickets available, as many shows in Las Vegas are sold out. So you might pay a fee at this site, but then you are guaranteed a ticket before you leave home, and do not have to worry about sold out performances and black market tickets which are often much more expensive than our ticket price!.
